After Course Care

Our mission at Xyz is to become your training partner, not just for today and your immediate training needs, but forever as your lifelong training partner. We’d like to be that for an individual booking training for themselves or for HR Managers and training professionals organising the training for an entire company.

The only way we can do that is by providing an excellent training service when you need us and then back that up with sensational before, during and after course care. Once a booking is confirmed we're on hand to provide you or your delegates with all you need in order to attend the course - be that course information, joining instructions and or help getting to the training venue. Hey, we'll even contact you a day or so before just to give you a gentle reminder about your upcoming course. And if someone's late or delayed on the day, we'll be on hand to make sure our trainer knows the situation.

Once a training course is completed we'll ask you how it went and whether or not you or your delegates have any comments to make. Not only that but whilst you wait your formal certification or accreditation you can log in to your account with us and print a temporary one yourself.

Constantly evolving, we like to think that we learn from our clients and what-it-is they require from a complete training solution. As a result of which we have course experts, dedicated teams and key account professionals on hand to deliver our clients a personal service, both speedily and efficiently wherever and whenever it's required. And this is backed up by our custom made Training Management System, built with the sole needs of our clients in mind.

Our state of the art and free to use web based Training Management System gives clients a login and an account which provides them the ability to manage both their own and their employee training needs in its entirety. A comprehensive training solution that allows clients to manage and interact with existing bookings, review past training courses, print temporary certificates and invoices, seek quotes and manage the training needs of all their staff (regardless of where they were trained and by who) - we can handle any number of employees from 1 to 10,000.

Training for employees can be completely managed through our TMS. We provide access to over 15,000 training companies allowing clients to book classroom courses direct and also the access to be able to seek and enrol on elearning courses via our sister platform eLearning.co.uk - all whilst remaining under the protective umbrella and a single account at Xyz and the confines of our TMS.

Using our TMS couldn't be simpler, simply tell us the names of the person/s who need training and the role that they do and our system will do the rest - suggest courses, manage their certification and provide help and advice along the way - including help seeking funding where it's available. With an Xyz Client Account you need never worry or be concerned about organising training for you or your staff ever again.
