* To understand how to apply the PRINCE2â„¢ method to different project scenarios
* To pass the PRINCE2â„¢ Practitioner re-registration exam

* Delegate pack consisting of case study, sample exam papers, guide to passing the exam, CD containing PRINCE2â„¢ document templates and Project in a Box software

* PRINCE2â„¢ Practitioner certificate* (*subject to passing the exam)
* Note: delegates are expected to have a copy of the PRINCE2™ manual (Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2™) 2005 edition. Candidates without a copy may purchase one at an additional cost of £75 including postage.
* Lunch & refreshments

Additional Information

* Delegates must read the pre-course booklet (Concise PRINCE2â„¢) before attending the course. This takes approximately 4-6 hours.
* Delegates are expected to perform approximately 2-3 hours of homework on the first evening of the course.
