Two days – Practitioner exam on afternoon of second day

Aim

* To pass the PRINCE2â„¢ Practitioner exam
* To consolidate the delegate’s PRINCE2â„¢ Foundation knowledge
* To understand how to apply the PRINCE2â„¢ method to different project scenarios
* To understand the PRINCE2â„¢ approach to delivering projects

* Delegate pack consisting of sample exam papers, guide to passing the exam, case study, CD containing PRINCE2â„¢ document templates and Project in a Box software
* PRINCE2â„¢ Practitioner examination fee

* Note: delegates are expected to have a copy of the PRINCE2™ manual (Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2™) 2005 edition. Candidates without a copy may purchase one at an additional cost of £75 including postage.

Additional Information

* Delegates must already hold the PRINCE2â„¢ Foundation qualification.
* Delegates are expected to perform approximately 2-4 hours of preparation before attending the course
* Delegates are expected to perform approximately 2-3 hours of homework on the first evening of the course
